Mentorship

“No kind action ever stops with itself. One kind action leads to another. Good example is followed. A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions, and the roots spring up and make new trees. The greatest work that kindness does to others is that it makes them kind themselves.”

~ Amelia Earhart

Find a mentor

The First in Flight Mentorship Program is an initiative that seeks to provide guidance, support, and resources to women who are interested in pursuing careers in aviation. The program typically matches female aviation professionals with aspiring female pilots, engineers, air traffic controllers, and other aviation professionals.

The goal of the Mentorship Program is to help women overcome the challenges they face in the aviation industry. By connecting mentees with experienced mentors who have successfully navigated the industry, the program aims to empower and inspire the next generation of Women in Aviation.

For women who are passionate about aviation and looking to advance their careers, a mentor can be an invaluable resource. Through sharing their experiences and knowledge, mentors can help their mentees achieve their career goals and succeed in the industry.
