Conference Scholarship

The First in Flight Chapter of Women in Aviation is offering two (2) scholarships for the 2026 Women in Aviation International Conference.

The 2026 conference will be in Dallas, Texas from March 19-21. The conference scholarship only covers the cost of registration. Travel expenses, meals, lodging and any other incurred expenses are not covered by the scholarship.

The application window is open from December 20 - January 31, 2026. Winners will be announced by March 1.

Applicants will be evaluated on:

• Merit and career aspirations

• Dedication and contributions to the community

• Involvement with the First in Flight Chapter

• Following application instructions

• Additional considerations include professionalism, presentation and attention to detail (spelling, grammar, punctuation)

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be living, working, or studying in North or South Carolina

• Must be a current, active member of Women in Aviation International and the First in Flight Chapter, with local dues paid
