    The WAI Conference Scholarships provides full registration to the Women in Aviation International Conference.

The First in Flight chapter is proud to offer multiple scholarships throughout the year.

Applicants will be evaluated on:

  • Merit and career aspirations

  • Dedication and contributions to the community

  • Involvement with the First in Flight Chapter

  • Following application instructions

  • Additional considerations include professionalism, presentation and attention to detail (spelling, grammar, punctuation)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be living, working, or studying in North or South Carolina

  • Active member of Women in Aviation International and the First in Flight Chapter with current local dues

Women in Aviation International Scholarships

In addition to the First in Flight chapter scholarship, Women in Aviation International offers scholarships available to all active members. These scholarships typically become available in September and are open for applications until the middle of October.
